Genie interviews you the way a good analyst would. What starts the work, what you look at first, how you tell a real case from a false alarm, and where you would never let a machine decide on its own.
The application takes shape on the right of your screen as you answer. Nothing to approve, no waiting for a build. If it gets something wrong, say so and it changes.
Your app goes out and searches, reads pages, keeps a timestamped copy of what it found, files what matters and drafts the paperwork. This is the part other tools leave to you.
Anything that would leave your office waits for you. You see what it did, the proof it gathered and the draft it wrote, then you approve it, change it or bin it.
The part that matters
Every other tool that builds software for you does the same thing at the end. It hands you the result and walks away. What you are holding is a finished product with nobody left who understands it, and the day you need it changed you are looking for a developer, a budget and six weeks.

The genie in the story gives you three, then vanishes, and you spend the rest of your life regretting the second one. Ours has no limit and no vanishing. Ask for a hundred changes in an afternoon. Change your mind twice about the same one. Nobody is counting and nothing runs out.
It costs nothing to ask
Talking is free. You are charged when your app goes out and does real work, never for describing it, fixing it or changing your mind. A tool that bills you per question is a tool you stop asking.
Intelligent, not just AI
Most AI tools have no memory. Every conversation starts from nothing, so you explain your business again, and it makes the same wrong assumption it made last week.
Your app is built on a brain that keeps what it learns. The way you word things. The cases you decided not to pursue and the reason why. The rule you gave it in March about never claiming ownership without a registration number. It carries that into every job it does for you, months later, without being reminded.
Your hard rules are treated differently from everything else. They are put in front of it every single time it works, so they cannot be forgotten, crowded out or quietly dropped when a job gets complicated.
Every model, picked per job
Genie runs on Ringside, which connects nineteen AI providers behind one roof. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Groq and the rest of them.
Different jobs go to different models, chosen for the job rather than out of loyalty to a brand. Searching the web goes to a model built for searching the web. Reading a long document goes somewhere else. Writing your letter goes to the one that writes best. You get the right tool each time and you are not paying premium rates for the simple steps.
When something better comes out next year, your app gets it. You will not need to do anything, and you will not have to rebuild.
